Ian Martin is an emerging motivational speaker, and leadership coach.  He can be found most recently at the Halifax Blu Talks Stage speaking on his latest machination - Dreams to Reality: an Empowerment Journey.  (You may have noticed that on the home page.)

Ian has served in many roles which do not appear to be related on the surface, yet has found a common thread linking them all.  Ian is a served as Army Medic (Military and Medical), Network Management Controller, (IT, Tech and AI)  Pastor and Clergy Leadership trainer (Servant Leader, Teacher, Visioning).  Each role has a single common denominator: the person matters before the role they serve.

Ian holds a Masters in Divinity from the University of Toronto, Bachelors Degree in Humanities from York University and is a Coach through Adler Coaching.   He was awarded the New Testaments Prized for his work at U of T. 

With over 25 years of experience in the Government, Private and Non-profit sectors managing, training and leader change Ian has taught 1000's of people the value in daring  to hope, being courageous and shoring up confidence in charting new paths and reforming old ones.  

When he is not at home in the Greater Toronto Area, Ian can be found traveling to speaking events, offering corporate workshops and training, teaching and supporting people how to not only survive, but to thrive in handling anything that comes their way.
